NEW RELEASE
Cédric Tiberghien, Enrique Mazzola and the Orchestre national d'Île-de-France’s disc of Beethoven is now available. This disc features Cédric as a soloist in Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1 alongside Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5. Cédric said of the Concerto “Beethoven's 1st Piano Concerto is full of Haydn's brilliance: we want to emphasize its freshness, spontaneity and transparency.”
Enrique, Cédric and the orchestra are also embarking on a six-concert series in France this week. The programme includes Cédric playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3. This concert series and album launch mark the end of a successful five-year Beethoven Piano Concerto collaboration with Cédric, Enrique and the orchestra. The performance dates are:
